The Serviced Property Turnover Checklist: From Checkout to Guest Ready
A practical operating flow for inspecting, cleaning, resetting and quality-checking a serviced property between stays.
Start with the physical condition, not assumptions. Record visible damage, missing items, water or AC observations and anything that changes the reset plan.
Then coordinate cleaning, linen and towel replacement, consumable replenishment and the room-by-room reset. Keep maintenance observations separate so they do not disappear inside the cleaning task.
Finish with a quality-control check covering access, lights, appliances, washrooms and presentation. The result is a clear guest-ready decision, not a vague promise.
